1. Those using a character with one of these they MUST keep it away from any populated city unless its in Sooso or Old Sooso.
2. They can be used to travel from world to world in place of the Gates.
3. They will need to maintain the suit themselves or bring people to the suit to help them.
4. They CANNOT take part in a fight unless another mobile suit is present and its away from populated cities. (Sooso and Old Sooso are fine for testing the machines.)
5. They cannot be altered or upgraded via Sooso or Old Sooso, as the tech might not match up fully.
6. If a mecha does enter too close to a city the staff team will have the right to react accordingly.
7. Mecha can be used as a defense, to protect a city, but if they are shown to have offensive intents against the cities actions will be taken.
