Half-Breeds

Q. Am I allowed to have 5+ races/species mixed together for my half-breed?

A. No. The half in half-breed stands for just that, half of something. If you want to be a petridish you'll start with no passive abilities from ANY race, meaning no flight, no super strength, no super hearing, they would all take up ability/spell slots. If you go for something that's a mongrel mixture of random species that makes no sense for them to be? You're going to gimp yourself and you'll be rather weak in comparison to everything else. The most you would be able to be for it to make sense is up to four different things, and even then you wouldn't gain any passives from the species. Half-breeds are half one thing and half something else. That way you can gain passives from both sides but you would have to pick and choose what passives your character gets. If you go for half of something and then a quarter of two different things, to make up three different species? You would have to pick which of those two quarters is strongest in order to pick up a passive from it.

Q. So can half-breeds be anywhere since they're neutral?

A. Nope. Angels see angelic half-breeds a.k.a Nephilim as abominations and kill them off as quickly as possible. If your character managed to get away? They'd probably have to hide the fact they're nephilim from those they don't trust. The same applies to demons, they also since most of them are divergence based don't like demon half breeds. Other species are far more accepting.

If you're going half-breed you'll need to be under the neutral banner unless your character actually grew up with one/both of their parents in one of the other groups. The only two groups they couldn't possibly be in, are Off-Worlder and Divergence. They can however join the divergence later by making friends with a divergence member if they can.
